Included in the price are:
• Keys directly from our guest hostess on arrival
• Beverages and fruit at check-in
• Change of bed linen and towels every week
• Cleaning during your stay once a week
• We take care of your check-out cleaning
• We put an information package in all properties with information about activities for you to do.
• For urgent assistance we have a 24-hour telephone service

Requirement from the Landlord:
Smoking is not allowed in the house. Pets are not allowed.

There is a security deposit of 5,000 Baht (not included in the booking price). This must be paid in cash when you arrive.
This will be refunded on check-out, as long as no damage has been done.
Use of electricity and water more than the amount included with the rental will be deducted from the deposit.

Most free dates are in blue, to show you can check-in & check-out on any day of the week (green shows between two booked dates)
Note the calendar will show one more day than you have selected, to allow for the day you check-out. You will not be charged for this day.
