Do you have a daily maid service?
If you would like to have the house cleaned regularly by one of our team, the bed sheets changed daily or anything else, just ask! We’re here to make sure you relax and have a pleasant holiday

Can you recommend a particular house for me to rent?
We have so many homes available, it’s a difficult question!
That is entirely up to your personal choice. You need to decide if you would like a condominium, house, bungalow, etc. Don’t forget to select the location!

What is there to do during my stay?
There is a complete list of activities, places to visit, beaches to enjoy. We always present our guests with an information pack regarding the area: How to find local shops, amenities, beach, banks, ATM machines, useful basic phrases in Thai, etc, as well as a map of the local area. Have a look at the Bangsaen page and also the Mae Phim page which will give you an idea of things to see and do - there's an awful lot!

Can you meet us and collect us from the airport?
Of course! We can arrange for our Thai hostess service to meet you at the airport. They will present you with a welcome gift and then our limousine service will escort you to your "Home In Thailand"

How do I arrange to pick up the key for my holiday home?
If you prefer to organise your own transport to get you to your home in Thailand, that’s entirely your choice. When you arrive our staff will welcome you, show you to your home and familiarise you with it, then hand you the key

Can I rent a car/motor bike/bicycle when I rent one of your houses?
We can arrange almost anything for you to make your stay at one of our homes more enjoyable, and this is something we can help you with

What happens if I have a problem during my stay at one of your homes?
We realise that occasionally things can go wrong. In the unlikely event there is some reason you need to contact our staff urgently, we give all our guests a 24 hour contact telephone number to ensure your peace of mind

Do I need health insurance?
Hospitals and clinics can be found all over Thailand and there is a very good level of health care available
We would strongly suggest you have some form of medical health insurance - better safe than sorry!
